Cookie policy.
How we use cookies on delisystechnologies.com, your rights under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and how to manage your preferences.
Last updated 28 May 2026What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember you between requests — for example, that you have signed in or already responded to a consent banner. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only set with your permission.
Your choice — your control
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, we cannot set non-essential cookies until you tell us we can. When you first visit our site you will see a consent banner asking you to Accept all, Reject all, or Manage categories individually. Your choice is stored locally on your device.
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
To meet our accountability obligations under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, when you make a choice we keep a dated record of it — the categories you allowed, the policy version in effect, and basic technical metadata (such as your IP address and browser) — so we can demonstrate the consent that was given. This record is held for 24 months and then automatically deleted. It is described further in our Privacy policy.
Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the site to work. They cannot be turned off because the site would not function without them — and under UK GDPR they do not require your consent.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
| delisys.consent.v1 | Stores your cookie consent choices so we do not ask again on every visit. Held in your browser’s local storage (not a server cookie); we also keep a dated record of each choice to demonstrate compliance. | Until you clear it |
| next-auth.csrf-token | CSRF protection for the Payload CMS admin (/admin only). | Session |
| payload-token | Authenticates Payload CMS admin users (/admin only). | 7 days |
Analytics
Anonymous usage analytics — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, what they click. We use this to improve the content and structure of the site. We do not share this data with third parties for advertising.
No analytics cookies are currently in use on this site.
Marketing
Cookies that let us measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and show you relevant ads on third-party sites.
No marketing cookies are currently in use on this site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to (a) know what cookies and similar technologies are in use, (b) consent to or refuse non-essential cookies, (c) change your decision at any time, and (d) ask us what personal data we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@delisystechnologies.com. See also our Privacy policy.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also offer a "private browsing" or "incognito" mode that prevents cookies from being stored at all. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site from working.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever the cookies in use change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
